RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Emerson wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we ensure to take every possible step to make that happen. But if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Emerson accepts returns and offer refunds subject to the terms and conditions in this policy.

Kindly note that all returns must also have a Return Authorization Number. As such, to get a Return Authorization Number, you'll need to email us at Support@Emersonaudio.com prior to shipping it back. Any returns without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender and you bear the full risk of such return not reaching us. Returns not sold by Emerson or received by Emerson will not qualify for replacement or refund. You understand that shipping charges are not refundable.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, the item must be shipped to Emerson so that we receive it within 15 working days.  In addition to the above, the following must be considered depending on what you purchased from Emerson and want to return.

What happens if the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing quality defect?

All orders leave Emerson’s facility in a brand-new undamaged condition or as described on the product listing. If your item arrives damaged, Emerson will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, Emerson will refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to Emerson once the item is received and verified as having damage or a manufacturing defect that you have indicated.

While Emerson has made reasonable attempts to accurately display and describe its products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device and may not be accurate as intended by Emerson and as such, certain color difference claims may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Nevertheless, you can request a refund when an entirely different color from what you purchased on the website is shipped to you.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours from the time of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify Emerson immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken.

Please send Emerson a copy of the receipt via email for any shipping costs you incur.

What happens if I want to return an order?

Emerson allows for a 30-day return period from when the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address to when an exchange request has been submitted subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused and/or in brand new condition with its original packaging.
  2. You will still be responsible for the initial shipping charge.
  • All returns will be inspected once shipped back to Emerson’s facility to verify any recorded defects.
  1. You must be sure to package the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. It is recommended that you take photos before sending out any returns even if they are brand new. This is for your protection so that you are not held liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item back. When sending photos, please include the name of the representative with whom you spoke and the order number.
  2. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number.

If a Return Authorization Number is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping cost is not refundable, and returns must be shipped prepaid by you. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded. To set up a return for refund please submit a request to Emerson’s Customer Support Team at Support@Emersonaudio.com. Please be sure to include your order # and reason for your return when submitting your request.

Refunds

Following a cancellation/return request and after you have obtained a Return Authorization Number as indicated above, subject to the Terms herein, Emerson will refund you the price paid for the cancelled/returned order (or part of the order cancelled). Emerson will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase. Emerson reserves the right to withhold or make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the item returned where the item is missing parts or shows signs of use; for these purposes, use includes handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. Emerson may withhold any refund until we have received the item, or you have supplied proof of return for the item.

Items that were purchased on sales or with the use of discount codes shall not be eligible for returns and refunds.

You also understand that there will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items that will be deducted from the refund due. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the price of the product.
